this being the dumbest thing i think i’ve ever written and it’s for the angstiest NDE buck fic ever …

a screenshot of a 9-1-1 fanfic. it reads:

“Bullshit, I call bullshit,” Chimney scoffs, one hand waving dismissively in Eddie’s direction as he shovels another forkful of pasta into his mouth.

“I’m being one hundred percent honest, cross my heart,” Eddie makes an X motion over his chest with his empty fork before pointing it accusingly back at Chimney, “Not my fault you don’t believe me.”

“Of course I don’t believe you ran into John-goddamn-Cena on your last grocery trip. The man’s invisible, Eddie. You wouldn’t be able to see him,” Chimney responds, his matter-of-fact tone distracting only somewhat from his growing shit-eating grin.

There’s a brief beat of silence as his words sink in before groans erupt from around the table.

A moment later a small misshapen dinner roll hits Chimney in the forehead with a soft, wet thunk.

“Ow- Hey–– !”

Another pause, and several pointed fingers are suddenly directed at Eddie.

i hope so haha, thanks :’) and i definitely recommend !! we hate movies is 4 guys who talk about shitty movies together and their humor might not be for everyone but i genuinely adore their banter and it’s gotten me out of a lot of emotional slumps.. i’ve never laughed OUT LOUD so much at a podcast
