I can't tell if changing a road bike tire is actually that hard or I just don't know what I'm doing. Took me the better part of an hour to replace my commuter bike tires, I even have the special tools. Took forever to get one of the new tires on the rim.

This feels a bit like the merging of the 2000 and 2008 bubbles. Both had delusional evangelists, but to many it was a clear sense that the math didn't math. What we lacked though was a sense of how bad it could get. Now we all see the cliff we're headed for, but no one is willing to hit the brakes.

Is this a major problem? Other than San Bernardino being excessively large in area, 58 counties isn't so bad. California has significantly fewer compared to the rest of the country. CA school districts on the other hand seems to have a lot of excessive fragmentation.
