Unfortunately, the UN shields itself behind diplomatic immunity 🛡️ to avoid compliance with national labour laws—creating a grey zone where #Retaliation, #Discrimination, and #Exploitation go unchecked. But many of us are beginning to challenge this 💪 & demand real #Reform ✊🌍

It would be interesting to hear how #ILO plans to link these classifications and analyses internally, not just at the member state level. It’s no secret the #UN has become a major outsourcer of the #Dependent #Contractors category. For coherence #Transparency, it should be acknowledged.
