In his corrosion, Sinclair says something that I find particularly amusing- Instead of simply referring to someone in a rather impersonal way, he talks with excitement as he maims them. Specifically, he "sews them up" after "tearing" them.

"Now that you're torn, I'll sew you up! Heheh... Get over here!"

With Hex Nail specifically, we see Sinclair acting in a way that mirrors his attitude that has been built up since Canto 5, and has finally taken center-stage in Canto 7: He is losing his patience with others, and becoming more reactive, snappy and defensive. See, his awakening:

"Why don't you try impaling yourself with it, then.
Feel what it's like to have someone curse you..."

Hurting Teddy Bear as an abnormality has a lot of things we can gather from it, but mainly, we know that the Hurting Teddy Bear was likely abused by its previous owner (or owners?) and has thus reached a state of acceptance, or more accurately, 'defeat'.

The Hurting Teddy Bear, as depicted in its Mirror Dungeon Event.

(I was told to keep these shorter, so don't expect anything else like the first post of this, and I apologize for how lengthy it was.)

I lied in my last post. It's Hex Nail Sinclair time, because I ended up with too many thoughts brewing on him. LCB Sinclair will still be the first ID I touch on, but um... yeah. Analyzing Hex Nail Sinclair, a 🧵 #lcb #LimbusCompany #limbuscompany #sinclair

The Limbus Company E.G.O, Hex Nail Sinclair. It depicts Sinclair sitting in with his body positioned away from the viewer, wearing an oversized hoodie resembling the Hurting Teddy Bear's body, with closed off hands that resemble bear arms. He is sitting on a bloodied floor mat made to resemble differently colored puzzle pieces, with many children's toys scattered about the floor, also covered in splashes of blood. In the background, the letters "E, D, D" are shown in three large toy cubes, in the colors red, green and blue respectively, stacked next to eachother, likely being the cut off word "TEDDY", as is frequently shown in the Hex Nail E.G.O.

Sitting across from Sinclair is a seemingly lifeless rendition of the Hurting Teddy Bear abnormality, a gray stuffed bear pierced by several nails, with hollow, empty eyes and an open stomach, with unspecific red organ-like threads spilling out of its bloodied corpse, despite the fact the abnormality is likely alive.

Surrounding the two are differently colored balloons, making the scene resemble a childlike daycare for both Sinclair and the abnormality.

Hi. I'm Tiph, but some people also know me as Lenny. I do art very rarely, but I especially enjoy writing and literature. Currently a Public Health major, so there's also an interest in sociology and diseases + how to prevent them. My main thing is that I like analyzing Emil Sinclair Limbus.

A chibi style drawing of Emil Sinclair from Limbus Company, where he is followed by three small baby chicks with winding keys attached to their backs, implying they are toys.
