it’s so funny how others think theu can just make art request for free and then get mad if you dont. like bro other artist may do it for you but not everyone ! unless i ask for prompts or you’re a close mutual but straight up asking me specially if i have never seen you ever is so weird 🤨

last year was the best year for me becasue of a life changing decision to change companies because my work was killing me slowly. and i landed in one of the best with the most terrific workmates and manager. and now this year, not exactly smooth sailing, but i travelled a lot and it was so nice

i just love that in most AU loid yor fics, the first meeting is the tailor shop or something similar (which fits the AU setting) and i love the author for it.

i would be sooo much happier with my art m if i just LET GO. like go wild with my strokes, colors, whatever and STOP restricting myself. but the perfectionist in me is scolding me so bad 😵‍💫😵 to the point it takes me sooo long to finish and sometimes i dont think it was worth it

😂 it’s a one layer one brush challenge (brush i created) and i i had so much fun because the thing i like about traditional practice is to keep going 😂

010

Tipanot @tipanot.bsky.social · 26/10/2024

I recently went back to basics using my knowledge with traditional. I just don’t have to fear this time wasting paper 😀

120

Tipanot @tipanot.bsky.social · 26/10/2024

challenging to adjust but fun. once you modify some brushes to your taste it’s fun to use. specially if youree a traditional artist i had to do some trial and error with the screen protector and the pen grips. im 100% comfortable using it now and of course simpler and easier

Tipanot @tipanot.bsky.social · 26/10/2024

shifting into procreate from clip studio when i got my ipad is like transitioning halfway down towards traditional. i have never realized i relied too much on clip studio’s wide range of tools😂

i wanted to share my comeback in twitter but i refuse to go back now because the cycle will continue if artist go back there. nobody can leave. so im being stubborn and just start over. people will look for ways to find you anyway if they want to and besides tumblr is being nice
