this pain in my shoulders and neck is debilitating and it’s just gotten worse and worse over the years i’ve tried chiropractors, i stretch, heating pads, icy hot/tiger balm, and super advil/tylenol and all it does is provide temporary relief i just wanna cry it sucks to be in pain all the time
