"War crimes" is really important and it's weird when people get mad for referring to the actions as war crimes. The ICC warrant on Netanyahu is for war crimes and crimes against humanity. That doesn't make the warrant any less valid.

The federal government is not a self-perpetuating entity. It is fed and changed by the voting population (who are in turn affected by stuff outside of the federal government).
