About 1 month into #hotyoga and it’s really sped up the process in getting my mobility and flexibility back. I love lifting weights but overtime I kinda start to feel like a prisoner in my own body. Maybe that makes sense? But yea anyways just kinda sharing my journey into trying new things 😊

I really miss console gaming.I have a fancy pc and but I miss the low level entry for all. The creativity and competitive nature of console wars. Exclusives. That’s when gaming peaked. It propelled the industry forward. Now games are 70+ poorly optimized. zero effort. It’s like gaming lost its soul
