Mild customer service rant: Ordered a new washing machine from Currys. It's being delivered today. Since I ordered it last week it's dropped £200… but they can't refund the difference. So I have to reject the delivery, then re-order it. Seems a bit inefficient and mad?

@timrodie.bsky.social's rather good review has done nothing to quell my desire for a Husquvarna 801. Just a shame that I STILL can't get hold of my local dealer: even the dealer principal doesn't return emails - and no one answers the phone or returns voicemails. All v odd.
