I've never trusted these companies or... most companies TBH. From a security perspective, I have a total separate hardware encryption device with no internet to store passwords. Why?!? B/c you'd have to literally break into my f'ing house and somehow crack that device to gain access.

Peak AI Waste: I made a PR check to cap the number of em-dashes in a file. Two PRs merged in parallel in the merge queue adding em-dashes, breaking the check on main. Then 5 parallel sessions decided to fix it in different ways, causing cyclic conflicts, rebasing, and retesting.

The reckoning, by my estimation, should hit this year or very early 2027. Tokenomics is f'd, the cost of CAPEX is insane, and ROI is not there. Don't get me wrong, I use this stuff every day, but math is math.
