Rosemary lemonade is becoming my go-to for potluck situations. Easy to make, crowd-pleasing, and unique enough to be intriguing. Also leaves the kitchen smelling great.

Somewhat flimsy materials aside, I do still really like the design and aesthetics of the Mirror’s Edge preorder bag. I bet this is fixable.

I have more friends than I have either the budget or the time to realistically get gifts for, so instead I gradually gather every interesting book I can find on clearance racks and in thrift shops, a wide assortment. Then have a holiday book fair where my friends can each take a book home.

Visited Bella in the hospital, chemo nausea has been hitting her really rough and she didn’t eat at all yesterday. Got her to eat a tiny bit of gravy but it felt like such a huge win.

Rough week all around. This one’s had all sorts of stressful diagnostic tests, and the results are coming back as “good” as they can be within the realm of cancer. But looks like I have to wait until next week to find out what the surgery option looking like.
