Adding the transcription/translation of phone calls from Radio Free Asia Uyghur that confirmed the detention of young linguistics scholar Nebijan Hebibulla (shahit.biz/eng/1544/). He was detained in February 2018, while a professor at Xinjiang University, and given 15 years.
