A Sunday afternoon #art session gave me time to produce another larger (for me) #watercolour #painting of a Dartmoor landscape. This one is of the #Scorhill #StoneCircle. I used a soft pencil, rather than a fine ink pen, for adding details and I'm really pleased with the result!

I've just completed another larger #Dartmoor #stonerow #watercolour #painting, trying to capture a darker, more threatening, mood. I think I succeeded, and I discovered an interesting way to 'mould' the sky along the way. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with how this one has turned out...

'Wild Swimming at Crazywell Pool' I thought I'd have a go at recreating a photo I took last Sunday of people #wildswimming at #CrazywellPool, #Dartmoor. I had no idea how I'd paint the water, so just went with the flow... I'm really pleased with how that part of the #painting has turned out!
