Does state gov't need remedial education? Will there be tests? Dozens of bills like these this season: SB 28 – Requires the Oregon Health Authority to study health care. SB 37 – Requires the State Board of Pharmacy to study pharmacy. SB 45 – Requires the Secretary of State to study elections.
