Had a medical checkup this morning. Blood pressure good, weight fine. Blood samples given to check for cholesterol and diabetes. Now sporting a cotton wool ball taped to my arm.

Gardening tip for you. If you have a dog and it does its business on the lawn, don't be like my other half and pour boiling water over it to clean the area, because, and this is important, it kills the lawn!

Had a thought when coming into work this morning. I'm going to take a Friday off, leave the house as if I'm going to the office but I'm actually having a coffee shop day. I'm going to have a book, sit in a coffee shop, read a chapter or two then move onto another coffee shop and do the same thing.
