Currently grading shots in Part 4 of the movie. Part of the reason it has taken so long is that almost every single one of the thousands of shots in the film needs some form of grading, lighting & colour re-balancing. It feels like an eternal job, but it is eventually paying off!

The Morbius Doctors first appeared in the 1976 Dr Who story 'The Brain of Morbius'... So the release of our 'Timeless Doctors' movie next year actually marks their 50th Anniversary! I don't think the timing could be any more perfect!

I thought you may like to see a hitherto unseen portrait of George Gallaccio as one of the Morbius Doctors. It hasn't been published anywhere before, but I stumbled upon it for sale on ebay this week...

Behind the scenes: The beautiful Trailer shot of Rassilon's Bow Ship was designed & built for the movie by the incredibly talented cgi supremo Stefano Baldin. This is just one of an exceptional sequence of shots he crafted, where the entire fleet of Gallifreyan Bow Ships drop out of warp drive.

Behind the scenes: The clip of the Raston Robot's lair in our movie Trailer was a composite created by myself, using a base shot of caves in the Llanfair Slate Caverns onto which I was able to composite the robot's equipment from 'The Five Doctors'. I then colour-graded it to match surrounding shots

Behind the Scenes: The gorgeous shot in out movie Trailer of the old Gallifreyan barn was created for us from scratch by the insanely talented Dayle Andrew Frost (known online as Dalliias). The CGI build is truly a thing of beauty. Trailer Link - www.youtube.com/watch?v=7YiV...

Earlier this week I uploaded a new trailer to YouTube. It's nearly complete, just a little more work needed. When it's all finished & scored I plan to release it over 4 consecutive Saturdays. A big announcement will be made when I know the dates. www.youtube.com/watch?v=7YiV...

After 7 months trapped in the shadow dimension, I have escaped to re-activate this dusty, dormant account. Did I miss much? You may have already joined me on Instagram or Facebook but, if not, I shall henceforth triplicate my movie updates to include my bluesky followers in the loop.

Sharing this lovely image taken by photographer Paul Phipps-Williams of the 3 surviving members of the "Morbius Doctor" line-up, all of whom are graciously reprising their roles in our 'Timeless Doctors' movie after 49 years! From left to right: George Gallaccio, Philip Hinchcliffe and Graeme Harper

Watching the current cut of Part 3, I felt some plot points weren't quite clear enough, so I sent out some additional lines to our fantastic actors. All have returned very quickly & are billiantly portrayed! So now all the dialogue is totally "in the can". Nothing more to record, and its brilliant!

I made an animated GIF banner for this account today, but it turns out Blusky doesn't support GIFs, which is a real pain in the neck. Let's see if I can post the banner here as an MP4 file instead...

Poor health has unfortunately impacted work on the movie over the last few of months. I have more blood-tests tomorrow & changed drugs 4 times in the last month in a bid to find the right meds to get me back on track. It will have an affect on the release date, so I thought I'd keep you up to speed.

I counted how many FX shots each artist has worked on in Part 2 of 'The Timeless Doctors'. It runs to 48 minutes & contains well over 600 FX shots (composites, model shots, colourisations, CGI, FX overlays, widescreen conversions etc.) Below's a breakdown of shots-per-artist [for Part 2 only]

Do you ever wonder why 'The Timeless Doctors' has taken so long to make? Well, here's an indication of the hours of work, and the number of people required, to achieve just a single second of footage. This one second took us weeks!

A split-screen comparison showing how David Tennant's costume has been altered to maintain continuity within the movie. Suit colourisation by myself, motion-tracked shirt & tie by Harri Robins. #TheTimelessDoctors
