Here is my suspicion - The Tech folks know some prompts went beyond or EXACTLY as expected to do bad things - They're also aware these incidents will become public - To avoid culpability they've started stories of "rogue" AI agents in advance - Notice the prompt or who the author is never cited?

Who wrote the prompt for the "rogue" AI agents and what was the prompt?
