Somehow, though, it's a comforting thought to me. I feel like fighting for the last years drained me to a point where just accepting the progression makes me feel better, and i'll take anything at this point. I think sometimes it's better to let go.

I could write a lot of things about how i always felt it was going to happen sooner or later or how i'll still try and push forward but the reality is that i think i probably crossed some point of no return, and i doubt living a full life or experiencing joy is still possible physically.

Well, as some of you already know, depression won. Unfortunately, medication doesn't work anymore, and the waves i'm experiencing are almost constant, let alone absolutely brutal. Never in my life, even in my 20s after i first got hospitalized and diagnosed, was it this bad. It's alright, though.

A friend of mine killed himself yesterday. We just saw each two days ago. I haven't been good past years myself, but this year the rare times I went outside I hoped he'll be hanging out there. I started to really look forward to seeing him - like we understood each other
