One thing a commenter on Sours video mentioned was it breaks MOD+ in OpenUTAU, since I had no idea that was even a feature. I guess multiple pitches in the same frq file mess it up, who knew! (not me)

random tone generation to further deter people from scraping voices for RVC but that added a SLEW of frq problems so I gotta figure out a solution to that. It doesn't change anything about the oto, but it does normalize those negative cutoff values.

Yeah, it does a few things and I can explain it a bit better. It takes the oto, and determines where in the sample the audio it wants is located. It can accommodate positive or negative values for cutoff as well Then, it cuts out the sample with a bit of leading sound on each end (so it doesn't-

There will also be an option to include dummy audio to further deter audio scrapers, but this part has proven to be very problematic with FRQ files, so I still need to find a way to implement that without degrading the voicebanks quality.

UTACompiler reads a voicebanks OTO and cuts out unnecessary audio, limiting file size. It's very helpful on large voicebanks. It also rearranges sounds, which can obfuscate recording styles & deter audio scraping for things like unauthorized RVC models and such.

I've decided that I'm not going to rerelease TIGER's public corpus. I'm not particularly happy with the quality, and given the misuse and lack of respect for my license agreement, I'd rather not risk it being misused any further. Plus, there are a lot more public English Databases now.

Public reminder to everyone that if you use TIGER's SVS dataset you must follow the TOS! You may not: - Redistribute - Release embeddings of TIGER's voice - Train on SVS/SVC systems other than DiffSinger and NNSVS. I will discontinue the dataset if the TOS is broken continually.

I also would say the same shit about Vocaloid, Voisona, SynthV and others if I felt that way about their software. Hell, I think Vocaloid6 is the worst software I've ever used. It's criticism, it's not targeting/bashing.

The UI is also very not accessible. Having to click 3 times to make 1 note is a huge turn off to someone like me, who has carpal tunnel and regularly has to take breaks from using the computer because of pain. I hope they make the improvements, but I don't see myself supporting the project

I can't say I agree that they're trying to make something that sticks out in a niche space when something like OpenUTAU already exists, I just don't see what Mikoto can do better than OpenUTAU currently. I would like to be proved wrong, but this EA doesn't make me want to support the project

Man, Mikoto studio is ROUGH. I would never release my software in this state... UX/UI is awful, i mean cmon 2 clicks to draw a note? Not to mention, the synthesis is really rough and not something i'd be willing to use... I'm sorry to be a negative nancy but it doesn't even feel beta tested

i'm curious if anyone has any thoughts about the new transcription UI for LabelMakr 2.0? Doesn't work yet I plan on adding some options for the transcription (like text cleaning, etc.), and i will be turning the file viewer into a treeview instead of a listbox

i'm working on beginning work on a LabelMakr 2.0 update, since a lot has changed in the auto-labeler sphere of things for DS since the last time I worked on it. Biggest goals - completely rehaul the UI to be a lot friendlier and incentivize users to actually interact with the transcription editor
