The racc got one with us in it and I pretty much signed off on the idea and let him do what he wanted after he described it. Then I got one with the raccoon and we worked a little together on it, but I took the lead.

We just usually build a few scenes in Foundry if stuff may happen in a few places in case of impromptu flights. Cameras can help, but it's still ultimately the same as any video conferencing. As time goes on, you get more used to the give and take. Usually.
