I definitely have to widen my news sources... Guido Reichstadter has been sitting atop an arch of the Frederick Douglass Bridge in DC since Friday protesting the 🍊💩 and his illegal war in Iran. Haven't seen anything on here as he is reportedly posting on X and news outlets, except the Post and NYT/1

Demonstrations outside SCOTUS. Depending on where you were standing, you were either pro-health care/Planned Parenthood or anti-health care/Planned Parenthood. There were far more on the pro side. Keep coming out people, we need every one of you.

Another protest this morning, small but sincere crowd in front of Dept of Health and Human Services. It was particularly gratifying that so many cars honked in solidarity on their way to work (many, if not most, to jobs in the Legislative branch, I.e., the Hill).

Good, enthusiastic turnout for CFPB rally. Many employees/CFPB union members and lots of supporters. Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Chris Van Hollen, Rep. Maxine Waters and other speakers.

Lots of CFPB employees. These are the people that have saved us $21B (yes, billion).

...and we should thank them and all civil service workers.

Impressed by these young people, 13 yo speaker wow, all speakers made strong, clear, & focused appeals to stand strong for our rights - rights increasingly under attack. This small gathering was like a seed...it will grow and grow strong
