The trailer for my second movie All Night Wrong has been released! Blind dates can be murder. Starring Maria Bakalova, Zach Cherry, Tyler Labine, and Emily Hampshire it will be in select theaters and available to rent/own on digital and On Demand on Friday, August 14.

Project Hail Mary was an awesome movie. One of its stars poking fun at Cameron just makes it better.

Something a bit different than my usual video game content! Two years ago we were invited to help produce a quirky coming of age film about a family of bearded ladies. The Bearded Girl premieres at the Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal on July 17th. Check out the teaser trailer.

Path of Exile 2 is amazing, but then there's stuff like this. I get notified the map is complete, so I look away for a second. Four seconds later the ground explodes and kills me. My character makes frost patches so I had no idea the ground wasn't my own effect. There needs to be more clarity.

There is a new patch for Horizon Zero Dawn for PC that adds "transmog". I love how this feature in multiple games was named after the "Transmogrifier" from Calvin and Hobbes comics and is now common vernacular in gaming. Thanks Bill Watterson.

One of my favorite things is the day Metroid Prime went gold (Oct 2002) I took this poster around to everyone on the team to sign. It's a record of our memories working together. You may notice everyone signed around Samus, never on top of her. It was just how everyone respected the character.

Started playing Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered this week. Cleared 100% of the game. Going to finish the Frozen Wilds DLC then move onto Horizon Forbidden West! The improvements in the remaster in graphics, models and performance is very noticeable. Still a great game.

I'm glad to be back in Canada. The BC and Federal gov't have spent almost a billion dollars on upgrading to fiber internet throughout the province and country. My provider just announced upgraded speeds available so I put the 10Gbps NIC on my motherboard to work. SO FAST!!!

Most times AI image generation spits out crap. But one use I've found for it is generating logos for my various group chats. Here's one I used for a group chat with my sister and her husband. We both live in British Columbia. She loves it.

After Nintendo left myself and the original team out of the credits for Metroid Prime Remastered, its nice to see id Software do it right and include everyone who worked on Quake II in its re-release. This should always be how its done.

I realized I hadn't posted a picture of Fiona yet. She's an amazing dog. Her favorite things are laps and chasing squirrels. She's a rat-cha crossbreed which explains it. She'll be eight years old this August.

I was flying south to Oregon earlier this week and the flight passed right by Mount St Helens. Got an amazing picture of the crater. Still impressive after it blew up in 1980.
