Class today. The same kind of typewriter Paul Auster used to write the novel studied in class. (Well, officially this one is an SM-9 and Auster used an SM-7, but close enough.) A few students stayed after to take a hack at the typewriter and were delighted by the bell sound at the end of a line.

45 years ago this province was booming. We hosted the Olympics, we were building hospitals and homes and we had a Heritage Fund. Conservatives have driven it down, down, down. Maybe time for Ottawa to cut back all the freedom the provinces have.. - i was shocked when I found out I moved more to Alberta than Canada. (No province in Europe has that much power - for many reasons)

Turn on red is solely implemented to cause more accidents, so the car industry makes more money. Endangering pedestrians & bikers is calculated collateral. After moving to Alberta Canada (from Europe) I thought people where joking when they told me about it !
