Homemade cherry pie with an oat crumble topping to finish the year with. Crumble is superior to a crust lid on fruit pies in my opinion, more flavor, texture and less fuss as an added bonus.

Did a scotch tasting with @suntiger.co, in one corner we have Islay Mist at $25 for 750ml, in the other we have Johnnie Walker Blue at $20 for 50ml ($200+ for 750ml) The Islay Mist is honestly a good quality scotch, the blue while slightly more complex and slightly smoother is over all neglegable.

Tonight for dinner we have homemade garlic egg noodles with chicken. Sauce comprised of Soy and Worcetishire sauce, parmesan, 12 cloves of minced garlic and butter. Noodles were also homemade.
