iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Thanks for reading through my little thought rant. I just really needed to get that thought out and figured I'd share it with everyone.

000

We may be small in form, but we play a much larger role in the universe as we are. Our perception of reality is what makes the universe what it is. Change your perception, and you change the universe. If we all make that change for the better together, we can make the world a better place for all.

100

Experience what good things are still in the world before they are destroyed by the hate that permeates through the insane. Don't let your mind rot from the content of the mindless. Learn new things, explore new ideas, use your hands, use your mind. Don't let a machine think for you.

100

Gender wars, race wars, religious wars, wars between countries, it's all the same pursuit of control over others. Just be yourself, don't let yourself be controlled by the need to feel in control. Do your thing, enjoy it, share it with your neighbour, talk to people, walk through nature.

100

Existing and being in the moment is enough. You don't have to prove your worth, you are here in the universe, that shows that you're already worthy of existing. Take a step back for a moment and look at the world you're in. Are there things or people that make you happy? Share that with others.

Sometimes I wish I could just delete all of the negativity in the world. Just pull the plug on all the hate and disgust. Sometimes I want to sit outside in the grass and just exist. I don't have to constantly be working on something, I don't have to eternally be struggling to figure it all out.

Big Walk I consider Friend Dinner, since you can play it with your friends while you eat dinner. Games like PEAK and REPO, I would say fall under Friend Dessert, Since they are more active, so it's better for the smaller bites that dessert allows. 😎👌

I like my friend dinner games. Especially Big Walk. I'm really enjoying that one.

Just working on some game dev stuff. Picked up a spooky project I started back in 2023. Did some shader coding and after a few hours got the exact look I wanted. 😎👌 #gamedev #indiedev #indiegamedev

People still use Outlook? If you're going to use an on system email client, why not use Mozilla Thunderbird? From my research, Thunderbird is the only email client that doesn't push AI features. Definitely a big plus in my books.

Am I losing my mind, or has the world replaced the word "lead", as in leading something from one place to another, with the word "let"? What the fuck happened to grammar in today's world? I feel like I'm going insane! Did I get sent to Silly Sally's Wacky Wimble Bimble Land? What the actual fuck?

I know you won't see these final messages because you blocked me, but I hope that you can grow, and share your full potential as an artist.

021

And no, I don't consider you to be less than me. Just because I disagree with you and made a comment about how you misunderstand the message being provided, doesn't mean I think you're less of an artist. Art is a constant learning process, you grow as an artist by pushing yourself to do more.

101

It's nice to know that people who don't have a solid argument resort specifically to blocking and mocking rather than confronting their own faults or incorrect statements. Confronting your limits is an extremely important part of personal growth.

101

If you ever want to truly add an informed perspective on a subject like this, you should really expand your range of work. It's okay to continue to limit yourself to sketches, but you'll never have the experience of completing a piece in it's entirety. And neither will your audience see you grow.

100

As an artist who has worked with pretty much every medium, I can say that while they have their differences in execution, the concepts of process are the same. I've don't digital art, music, writing, painting, wood work, metal work, bead work, photography, etc...

210

In addition to that, I went through your profile, and I noticed that you specifically only ever do sketches, and that's fine if you never intend to learn how to do any other aspects of art. But I am also going to point out, that while sketches can look very good, they will always look unfinished.

100

First off, I did read your whole thread of comments. Second, the 300 character limit is pretty much a non-issue since you obviously have more than 300 characters written in your response to the original post.

100

Sometimes you just have to push past the idea that your sketch is imperfect and just complete the piece. Because if you don't do anything but sketches, you'll never grow beyond the sketch. That's the message they are giving.

000

They aren't telling you to never go about doing a whole bunch of sketches, it's about not "ONLY" doing sketches. It's about letting yourself move past that point even if you made a mistake, knowing there is a flaw.

I'm sorry, but art of any kind, weather it is drawing, painting, music, writing, carpentry, painting, leather work, metal work, etc, is a craft. And anyone who actually thinks about the process will understand that each and every one of them have sketch and refining phases.

Being the artist at my work, I'm tasked with doing the artwork on the chalkboards. So I've been building a little fantasy world to draw scenes from. I made two bunny characters and each scene will follow their journey through the world. #art #chalk #bunny #fantasy #furry

A chalk drawing of a cliff with a waterfall, the cliff face is visible with the water splashing against the rocks at the bottom. The water is flowing into a river below the cliff, there is a forest to the right of the cliff and river with two bunny adventurers next to the river, one has caught a fish with their fishing rod, while the other is looking into the forest. There are mountains in the distance and an airship in the sky far in the background.

A close up of the two bunnies in the artwork.
The bunny who is fishing has blue eyes, a bucket of water next to them, and is wearing a moss green cloak. They are sitting on the sand at the river's edge and pulling an orange and white fish out of the river with great enthusiasm.
The other bunny is standing at the mouth of the woods they have green eyes and a brown cloak.

I'm honestly still hyper stoked to play this. I see your updates and it's coming along so nicely! I'm proud that I was able to help you get it off the launchpad, and I can't wait to see how it turns out! Keep it up! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

ThorneStarr @thornestarr.bsky.social · 21/02/2026

But in the 90s, everyone had a site of their own, and to see what's happening around the world, you had to go to each of these websites. And when you wanted to keep up with some, you would leave the tab open on your browser. This is why hundreds of tabs open at a time is a thing.

ThorneStarr @thornestarr.bsky.social · 21/02/2026

If you've ever wondered why someone who grew up in the 90s always has so many browser tabs open, here's my answer. Today, there are about 5 or 6 big websites that hold 99% of the internet traffic, and most people only know those sites.
