From Toronto nuit blanche #NBTO26 , I'd recommend "In The Lights" It's a repeat from 2018, but now under the city hall parking lot, so it's an underground rave! www.toronto.ca/explore-enjo...

929 (the bus to the EX) is severely jammed in traffic in the last day of the EX, cause the buses don't have priority to pick-up trucks

Toronto got a Costco Business Centre quite close to 2 LRT stations! Not below the station close, but still pretty close
Costco Business Centre at 50 Thermos Rd, Scarborough, ON M1L 0E6. The Golden Mile & Birchmount LRT stations are within 500m of it.

Going even further back, York Mills station was supposed to be on a bridge; but NIMBYs don't want unsightly bridges (except the enormous 401 bridge) so it is buried under the river, now with water bed issue & asbestos transittoronto.ca/photos/subwa...
Toronto Archives image of a model of an early proposal for York Mills station, the station & the tracks to the north are above ground & on a bridge, before meeting the 401.

In places like HK, regions with LRT / tram lines often got a parallel subway service. The subway came decades after the LRT / tram, they can serve an almost identical route, or only overlap the big stops. People understand they serve different purposes, & can choose whichever fits their needs.
Central / admiralty region of HK, surface trams run parallel to a subway line, but with more stopsTuen Mun region of HK, subway connects the main city hubs, the LRT covers a broader local region

For important places like the hospital, you can just saturate the surrounding block with transit This hospital in NW HK has 2 light rail routes, multiple bus stops for local & inter-urban-center needs, & a subway(ish rail) station within walking distance

The form for frequent networks isn't right, only accepts timestamps for "what area aren't covered"
Question "Are there any areas that aren’t covered by the FTN that you would like to have included?" With answer box only accepting a timestamp
