This was a built up former trailer-only lot so the edges slope to the fence, and 200’ long lot even with structures and beds sucks. (Especially when battling Tampa Bay heat + trying to find a dry moment to mow and trim for 2 hours… I end up mowing at “lunchtime” lately.)
