Something morbidly humorous about the assumptions being made here about the unheard preferences of the cows due to their lack of a lobbyist. I suspect the cows might prefer data centers to beef and dairy production.

Data centers have lobbyists and cows do not. In Congress they tried to pass a bill to exempt data centers from environmental lawsuits, so more data centers could be built in pastures. I stopped them (for now) by blowing the whistle.

Out of the oven and on the cooling rack. Now for the hardest part of sourdough baking - the torment of that delicious smell while knowing that I can’t slice these open for at least two hours.
