I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're refering to as Bluesky, is in fact, ATProto/Bluesky, or as I've recently taken to calling it, ATProto plus Bluesky. Bluesky is not a protocol unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning ATProto system

When you set a charge limit on iPhone it turns out the phone will occasionally ignore it and charge to 100%. Apparently it’s due to your location or sometimes for calibration but it’s totally opaque to the user other than this one page I could find support.apple.com/en-gb/108055
