It really isn't 'lazy GPs'. They don't do diagnosis and it 's not commissoned by them anyway. The issue is we have mass underdiagnisis and a system not geared uo for managing the vast spectrum that exists. It is improving, but a onesize all approach doesn't work.

Literallly used this point to ask racists what I am. I have never felt the kinship with being English as it is small minded and insular and preferred British. My mother's side of the family also goes back to the 1400s just a few miles from where I was born.

I escalated this to the Chief Exec, her line manager, who sent the complaint direct to the abusive manager to manage. I was also told to not do a handover to the person taking over the major project (although I'd actually done all the work by then). These people exist. Your org. doesn't deserve you.

I know the feeling. There are just bad managers out there. Kind of feels like when I returned from a double berevement to find my job 'reorganised' to be different, a key part of my job removed and no clear instruction. I was screamed at, called names told to quit complaining.
