OK, so, if I'm following the President's logic carefully, The Presidents Bush did a terrific job in nominating Supreme Court justices (Alito & Thomas) while he, Donald J. Trump, has done a shitty, shitty, shockingly bad job, so bad that his incompetence is endangering our country.

CAP's Corporate Power Reset has hit the big time: The Wall Street Journal has taken aim at it, mockingly (I think) calling it "dazzling." But that may well be accurate; they're apparently blinded to the fact that Hawaii's new law exercises the most basic of state corporate-law authority.

HUGE NEWS: The Hawaii legislature, on overwhelming and bipartisan votes, just now became the first state to clear a bill that rids the state’s politics of all dark and corporate money — effectively undoing Citizens United. Next stop: Gov. Josh Green‘s desk for his signature.
