Heads up: Although the hackathon for the Scriptwriter and researcher position I'm hiring has started, you can still enter to win a cash prize and potentially receive a job offer until it closes. International applicants are more than welcome to apply since it is remote! Good luck!

This is exactly my thoughts. After finding out my books are locked out and I didn’t have time to transition out, the last thing I want to use is Kick.

Do you like tech, researching, and writing, want to win a CASH PRIZE, and do you want to help write scripts for my videos with me? I'm hiring a scriptwriter/researcher, but this isn't a standard hiring process. It's a HACKATHON with CASH prizes! And yes, it’s fully remote. 🔗 in next post.

They did not. I’m locked out. I was already planning to leave them because my books haven’t been up to date a single day this year. Waiting for end of year books was a bad idea in this case.

This is a good first step in having more control in how your content is used for training AI. Unfortunately, I don’t see a means of monetizing your content for this training. Hopefully, that comes in the future. Information via @youtubecreators.bsky.social youtu.be/VF5NDvpi6SY?...

HEADS UP YOUTUBE CREATORS: YouTube now allows you to indicate whether or not you allow third-parties to utilize your content for AI training. If you do allow, you can choose to allow all third-parties to do so or limit it to select companies.

Most tests miss some things, as they focus on export times, but I often have a big pain point when editing videos that I don't see tested or discussed. Here's the link to the Apple M4 Pro/Max MacBook Pro Review and comparison! myte.ch/R01X7

They could also advertise. Haha. Their shows are easily the most consistent at being good if not amazing, yet people don’t know about them. It’s a shame!

My goodness, this app needs more notification settings outside of priority. I would rather turn off all notifications altogether outside of DMs like I do with every other app. I’ll have to do that on the OS level and miss out on DMs. I’m big on eliminating as many notifications as possible.

Finally had a chance to see “The Wild Robot,” and I bawled my eyes out. 😭 What a great movie. Definitely great for both kids and adults. A great family film.

Jeeze. They’re juicing the algorithm here for those that post. I went from not getting any follows into a bazillion just from posting two times. I guess that’s one way to get people here…for a time and while it’s good.

I’m not leaving twitter. I think it’s the best one of the three so far. Threads is truly low IQ garbage with immensely toxic replies to the most basic things, but I post there because they pay me and they have a lot of people there. I’m not sure about here. I’m not interested in being here.

BlueSky needs to add mutual follows. It works so well as a filter and double check for networking and following.
