Happy birthday to my Salesforce Birthday Twin @imalizzzard.bsky.social ... hope you have a special day. #happybirthday

I looked into this as well and shared my thoughts on LinkedIn. My frustration with it is the removal to ask questions on the streams.

In my #development journey ... I've started working on my first Google Chrome Extension. It's a Salesforce Certification Score Checker. A demo is available on LinkedIn. I'd love to hear your feedback. #trailblazers #trailblazercommunity #salesforcedevelopers

Happy new year. Two quick announcements to kick off 2025. This coming March I will be speaking at both @idream.bsky.social and #YeurDreamin25. I will be covering topics around #Slack and #Mailchimp Integrations with #Salesforce. #Trailblazers #TrailblazerCommunity #IrishDreamin25

Titles are always the trickiest part. I submitted one recently which was a bit of a pun ... it was called, "Which Way Should I Flow Now?"

I'm looking forward to being back in Paris for French Touch Dreamin' tomorrow. Putting together the final bits and pieces today as I travel across. Looking forward to a day of good sessions. #FTD24 #FrenchTouchDreamin #Salesforce #Trailblazers #TrailblazerCommunity

Earlier this week, Salesforce Admins posted on LinkedIn their Flow Checklist ... what are your thoughts on this checklist? Are there any you don't currently do? #Salesforce #TrailblazerCommunity #FlowBuilder #Flownatic

If I had my way in builds it would be: 1. Dynamic Related Lists 2. Single Related List 3. Related List Quick Links I'd entirely avoid the Related Lists component.

010

Mark Jones @thisismarkjones.bsky.social · 23/11/2024

If there's nothing mega urgent relationship wise, they can stay in the related tab which will be to the right of the details tab.

010

Mark Jones @thisismarkjones.bsky.social · 23/11/2024

Details first and foremost. The way we design our pages is that if there are mega urgent related records to see, they can go in single related lists to the right hand side of the details pane.

In #Scotland this evening to see one of my all-time favourite bands, Skillet ... been listening to them since 2001 and haven't seen them live before. Should be a good show tonight.

For me personally, I'm working towards the following certs: - AI Specialist - Strategy Designer - Experience Cloud Consultant - Marketing Cloud Admin Outside of that, other ones are slotted in when and where I can and feel like it or have vouchers and so on.

010

Mark Jones @thisismarkjones.bsky.social · 19/11/2024

I think it depends on the role to be honest. But right now for the Admin remit, I'd consider the following certs: - Admin - Platform App Builder - User Experience Designer - AI Specialist

#TrailblazerCommunity ... if you're a Community Conference organiser and have dedicated hashtags for your events. I'd love to compile them into a list for the community to see posts focusing on those events. If you have a hashtag for your event, please feel free to let me know via reply or DM.

I'm hoping to get to @idream.bsky.social and @ldnscall.bsky.social in 2025. I'd love to also do YeurDreamin' and CzechDreamin' as well. Others will depend on health and availability for travel.

Mark Jones @thisismarkjones.bsky.social · 19/11/2024

I'm very appreciative to have one at home. It's definitely my favourite plushie to own.

Mark Jones @thisismarkjones.bsky.social · 19/11/2024

It's an interesting experience speaking at those bigger events for sure. Unfortunately I won't even be submitting for TDX next year. I have family commitments that week, so I'll have to pass. Maybe Dreamforce will be an option, but we shall see.

000

Mark Jones @thisismarkjones.bsky.social · 18/11/2024

I hear you Robbie. Getting into events such as TDX and Dreamforce is hard. Thousands of submissions make it challenging, plus there is less capacity for people who don't work at Salesforce to get in. Personally, I've only got accepted once for each event. Although I've spoken twice at TDX.

Mark Jones @thisismarkjones.bsky.social · 15/11/2024

For reference, this feed does auto-refresh. It can take a while though as in my testing my post announcing this feed took around 20 minutes to appear (or so it seems).
