Madame once bought a very chic rainhood (similar shape to item pictured but FASHION 🙄). Wore it once. Turns out it was perfectly designed to channel rainwater down her neck & into her bra 😬 She is now Team Rain Ponch. Keeps one handy in her rollator basket.

We've just started reading this book. Only a couple of chapters in but enjoying it. Rather darker than the cover suggest. Even contained a scene in which *whispers* a teddy bear is w.a.s.h.e.d. & hung up to dry! 😱

Can't quite put my paw on the point where we realised we weren't following along with the main plot in this particular Thai drama but were perhaps more invested in background characters 🤔

Books are the best! You can read them &, if you have them in physical form, build igloos out of them.

Enjoyed Gareth Russell on After Dark about the murder of Rizzio so glad to find RNIB library has this book. Hoping for interesting read. As well as the drama of it all (plots! murders! skulduggery!) life of James was at a fascinating tipping point in history which still has repercussions today.
