If you’re low income as you say & in a cold old house you’re probably eligible for a full retrofit, free of charge, funded by…carbon taxes. But now that carbon tax has been killed, bang goes your free retrofit & instead let’s just keep burning stuff till the climate collapses and we’re all stuffed.

Ireland & Council of the EU are pushing the 'Omnibus' proposal that will increase pesticide risks to the public and nature. Scientists have been ringing the alarm but the politicians pushing it —Fine Gael (EPP) and Fianna Fáil (Renew)—would rather listen to chemicals & agri-food industry lobbyists.
