So lesson learned: Sometimes we gotta face our fears. Get out of that comfort zone. You fear asking a question? Ask it anyways. You fear feedback? Ask for it anyways. You fear breaking production? Break it anyways. (okay, maybe not break prod on purpose)

Last month I spent a few days touching technology that was new to me. It was fragile and verbose. The sprint was coming to an end. As an external consultant, I felt I NEEDED to know how it worked. This feeling is called imposter syndrome. And I bet you felt this very recently too.

- After being able to implement larger features myself - Even after coaching multiple juniors in my careers So the truth is, it won't go away completely. Better get comfortable with this feeling! This helps you outgrow how much control it has over you.
