I am aware there are 2 recent MK movies which is why I put 1995 on mine, duh. And they were VERY bad movies. It's not kids stuff, quit making assumptions. They're bad because their writing is terrible, their character design is flawed, and they frequently do not adapt the game well at all.

The Sonic movies are NOT good. Jim Carrey is clearly carrying them. Their stories are nonsensical and their ties to the game are fimsy at best (Sonic is not a child with parental issues) Mortal Kombat (1995) IS good but it's one movie of MANY bad ones. And it's not acting. It is bad.
