Reminds me of this blog article: zanlib.dev/blog/reliabl... Most notably, the paragraph in the image below. If you as an interviewer can't be bothered to write a question by yourself, what's the point of the interviewee to answer by themselves ? You didn't care, why should they ?
Consider how it looks when you apply for a technical position, or go through an internal evaluation process. You spend hours preparing, researching, doing tasks, interviewing. If you receive a canned rejection letter, that’s annoying, but fine: it’s disrespectful and unprofessional, but obvious. But if you receive an AI-generated feedback, that’s somehow worse, because its automation disguised as individual attention. Deception is worse than disrespect.

What strikes me in this (admittedly still in beta) UI system is the number of different font sizes & weights. I would have thought the top buttons would have their labels *inside* the button, next to its icon and the same size as the main window label, as shown here for "Delete" / "Continue".
A patchwork of different UI elements using Apple's new Looking Glass UI guidelines, taken from their "State of the Union" conference at WWDC. Amongst the elements are buttons, sliders, floating bars and floating action buttons.

Ever tried double-shot keycaps? Instead of a printed/etched legend on the keycap, it's actually an "inner keycap" sticking through the outer keycap. Here's a random photo I found which illustrates it. This *should* not wear down, unless you make a hole in your keycaps in which case… good luck!
A photo of an upside down double-shot keycap on a keyboard. The outer plastic shell is made of a bright pink plastic while the inner shell with the top-legend is a yellow/orange molded plastic.
