I've been laughing about this whole iced coffee debate. 15-20 years ago I interviewed a candidate for a job opening and she brought her big Dunkin Iced Joe cup with her (ah, New England). Solidly millenial! The HR director's jaw almost fell to the floor when I recapped the interviews with her later.
