Precisely! Also you never know what hits. There is quite a bit of chance to it so you just need to keep trying. A good hint is to pre-record a few clips ahead of time (I always try to keep 3-4 clips always at the ready) so you always have something to post with minimal effort.

Social Media for sure. I cannot decide if an influencer will stream my game. But I can decide to post on social media twice a week. The whole secret is persistance. Just keep posting and viral post will come. Your chance may be small, but your chance is 0% if you don't post at all.

Thank you! I would say my game is much closer to the rogues (in a legacy) rather than the strategic dwarves (in a fortress) so a comparison is there, but I hear much more often comparison to some Meat (perhaps super and male), or a Well (that goes down) or even Invaders (from Space).

I use a 3rd party software called Sprite Lamp, it works very good but requires to create 5 grayscale sprites, showing how a sprite is lit from left/right/up/down/front. It's a lot of work but the effects are very good. You can also look for similar software online.

I has a bit of a slower fall rate than other objects right now, but maybe you are right, I can make it even slower than now. Each hat you unlock gives you a passive ability, but only when you wear it. So for example a auto attacking duckling mob, that stops attacking when you lose the helmet. 🦆

The true benefit of being solo that people rarely talk about! And yes, this is a similar mechanic to yoshi. Wearing the helmet blocks first damage and sometimes gives even passive bonuses while worn. Want to make the interesting choices of combing back for it, or risking moving forward.
