My total knee replacement went just fine today despite my Generalized Anxiety Disorder's best efforts to convince me that something would go horribly wrong and I'd die on the table. I hate that I get so worked up; I might need to investigate the use of CBD so it will help me to calm the fuck down.

I hate that social media ruined friendships and what it means to be a real friend to someone. I'm lonely and I'm tired of begging "friends" to spend time with me. A couple we thought we were friends with inexplicably ghosted us. Its sad how people think friends are disposable people. I don't.
