Tristan is VERY guarded and it takes a while for him to truly open up. Celeste SEEMS like an open book, but I dare say she's more guarded than Tristan is. Fabien seems like an open book because he wants people to think that, but seeing the real him takes time. Deimos only opens up to Tristan.

All of them prefer the city because of accessibility to shops, restaurnts, and most of them work in the city. Tristan's, Jordi's, Celeste's, and Fabien's jobs are in Pink Top City. The only one who grew up in rural village was Fabien and he didn't like it.

I have SO MANY, but when Jaxon met Chelsea at Seashell Cove, he did develop feelings for her. His evil older brother, Ichiro Tachibana, cruelly turned Chelsea into a richonoid (a ghastly monster), and when Jaxon was forced to kill it, it broke him. It took him a while to recover.
