APC/Schnieder discontinued their UPS NMC2 in 2022. Rather than upgrade to their proprietary $470 NMC3, NetCube Systems Austria built an open replacement, the OpenNMC. I've been testing one. It's a drop-in upgrade, and it includes NUT! Video here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=4sw8...

Just published a general bugfix update to Ansible for DevOps, version 2.3. The update is only on LeanPub for now. I will do a larger update with some other improvements (tech always changes, and rapidly!), and that will get pushed to Amazon and Apple's iBooks store too.

I remember the times where compiling a kernel took "ages" especially a monolithic one. And if you were lucky the system booted because you added all necessary modules.
