(reposting with alt text) Important information for artists & commissioners who use paypal

drowzistatic: IMPORTANT PAYPAL PSA FOR ARTISTS & CLIENTS Hey, please read this because a LOT of people don't know until it's already too late. PayPal actively scans payment notes, and accounts are getting flagged, limited, or permanently banned over certain keywords. When that happens, they can freeze your money for 180+ days. For clients / commissioners: DO NOT put these in the payment note: "Commission" "NSFW" PAYPAL IS STRICTLY AGAINTS ANY SORT NSFW CONTENT AS IT VIOLATES THEIR TOS.
"Tip" or "Donation" (if you're paying for a service) AS MUCH AS US ARTIST APPRECIATES OUR CLIENTS SUPPORT, PLEASE NEVER SPECIFY A TIP.
PayPal uses bots / Al that look for these words (especially anything tied to adult content) to enforce their AUP. (Acceptable use policy)
For artists: • ALWAYS use vague, SFW descriptions "Digital Illustration" "Artwork Services" "Creative Services"

This is true. People are too hard on themselves when they say “My art isn’t good enough.” I’m like “Stop worrying and just draw.” Don’t be afraid to draw. With that pencil or that paintbrush in your paws. You can paint or draw something really cool that you never knew that you can do.

⚔️🔥CAPTURE QUEST: CHARIZARD🔥⚔️ I have wanted to paint this for over a decade and spent the last year of my life fighting to bring it to the finish line. Please take a look, there is a lot to see

Gargantuan illustration of a charizard redesigned in the style of a monster hunter elder dragon. There are 4 hunters attacking him and their pikapalico is readying a voltorb bomb to throw. There is so much stuff in there, I spent a damn year on this. I'm exhausted.

Hi everyone. Here's a current update on things. Please read and share/donate if you can. I'm still recovering and still nowhere near 100%. Anything helps at all. ko-fi.com/xaviermaldon...

Hi, Xav Maldonian here with a bit of an update.

I wanna thank everyone for their help last month. Not only was I able to deal with what little bills I can focus on, I was also able to get food I can eat without much worry.

But I'm afraid I'm not in the clear yet.

I've already seen my doctors, given new medicine and had my cardiac stress testing, I'm still just waiting on clear answers on what to do next.

Till then, I'm on a very slow path of recovery. I'm still having trouble getting myself to enjoy or play any games. I can't even think of art and streaming is still out of the question.

So if you can, please spread this around and offer anything towards my Ko-fi would be tremendous help to cover bills and get easy to make food for this mon to eat.

Fat athletes who still dominate in their field are one of my favourite character tropes. While a significant portion of my guys do sumo wrestling on the side, it felt a bit cheap to include them all so here a couple who are doing multiple sports and training to stay in (a round) shape ✨💪
