I keep seeing people thinking this is a bluesky problem. If you're seeing this it thinks you're in a state or country with age verification laws. This is what every social media site will do if KOSA and the KIDS Act succeeds. Running to another socmed won't fix it, we have to fight the source.

PLEASE REPOST An impersonator known as cussarts is claiming to be me on Bsky, Twitter and Discord. If you have been contacted by cussarts claiming to be me regarding a commission, REPORT AND BLOCK. Please note that I will NEVER contact via DM asking for a commission without PRIOR communication.

Two users who have been affected by cussarts:

"Hey there friends!
Looks like there's another scammer out there, just got word that they're trying to impersonate me as well on Bsky and Discord :// They go by 'Cussarts'!
Just a reminder I will NEVER approach you asking for monies or for you to commission me!
Stay safe out there folks! <33"

"I was contacted by cussarts almost two weeks ago when they were impersonating another artist. This is a pattern of behavior for this scammer."

You absolutely cannot separate the artist and the art without contributing to the persecution of trans people. Boycott everything Potter.

Advocate: J.K. Rowling uses Harry Potter wealth to fund anti-transgender organization.

the internet as we know it is in more danger than it ever has been, if you live in America please oppose KOSA. this is not a left or right issue, it is a humanity and free speech issue. www.stopkosa.com everyone will be hurt by KOSA if it becomes law. it is never about the children.

NSFW artists and their customers are very much going to have to adopt the playbook of "If the feds talk to you, shut the fuck up!" The feds being the payment processors, as they've clearly made themselves out to be.

Using my voice as a creator to put out a small PSA on how to disable the new feedback feature on our favorite overly-nosey payment processor. Reminder to never comm details on payment websites, and to never directly link your payment pages to your NSFW work.

Visa is now actively shutting down calls regarding their censorship and prohibition of the sale of legal product. They clearly retrained their staff on how to deal with our calls. That doesn't happen unless there's critical mass. KEEP IT UP. They are trying to turf the calls as fast as they can.

I'm seeing less posts about the Visa and Mastercard situation and I want to make it plain as day. You need to keep calling and bothering them, and losing them money. Because if we lose this, they are going to cut more and more from what's available until you can only buy what they approve of.

This doesn’t mean to stop calling by the way. The execs in those meetings are shifting the levers back ever so slightly so they can see where it is we’ll stop calling. Don’t stop calling.

Digimon was my first anime, but some consider it to be a cartoon too, so if this doesn't count, it would have to be Dream Eater Merry, saw it when Comcast demand was still new. Was probably 7-8 when I saw it

For Outsiders: this is NOT a deal, it's not a contract. It's a tentative agreement that still needs to be ratified by a vote. For Union Kin: PLEASE go to the GMM (light on info) and upcoming Town Halls (heavy on info) regarding this. Get informed, know what's on the line. Vote with knowledge.
