Remember when cell phones used to have removable batteries and tiny little screws and we could take them apart and replace things and then rebuild them? Every phone has to be activated, you can’t remove batteries and every few years you have to upgrade because it gets slower.

It’s official today. WVU has taken over a huge portion of Western Pennsylvania’s Hospital system. This gives it a direct affiliation to a university system. NOW in Western Pennsylvania you have: Allegheny Health Network, UPMC, West Virginia University Medicine. Thoughts?
