Not as much as I'd like. I know I need to exercise more, but I don't eat terribly or anything. I just need to be more aware of what I'm putting inside me and go to the gym more. They're giving me three months to lower it before medication.

Things have been a bit rough recently. I've passed out three times in the last week and the doctor says my cholesterol is, like... stroke levels of bad. Found out through my dad that both his parents died before 50 from heart complications and he had triple bypass by 40. Kind of scared, ngl.
