My best tip is to draw "wrong" on purpose for a bit. Draw something that doesn't exist or something abstract. Color way way outside the lines. You don't have to share it with anyone but it's great practice for being less stressed when you draw

Yeah and sometimes they don't even commit to the milf archetype. It shows if you just draw a character labeled as "older" but only as a nod to a power dynamic and don't use age to inform anything else in your depiction.
