"Wow! You're so nice! No wonder you're a hero." . . . "Say, what's your name? So I know who I'm learning from."

"Really?!" Alena asked, clearly excited and standing on her tiptoes with stars in her eyes. "I'd love to meet them then!"

"Well that's sorta the thing... I haven't really gotten that far in figuring out exactly *how* to do much more than glow yet..." She admitted sheepishly, a hand on the back of her head as she gave an awkward laugh. "They think I can do more if I work on it but no luck yet."

"Ummm... maybe? It's like what the sun's doing right now to make all that light!" She pointed up at the sun like he was just supposed to look at it. "No clue if that's what you mean, though.'

𝓢𝓽𝓪𝓻𝓫𝓾𝓻𝓼𝓽 @thestarburst.bsky.social · 13/08/2026

"Pfft, no, silly." Alena smiled as her hair and eyes dimmed back to normal. "I'm not really super sure about all the science-y stuff but they told me it's some kind of energy like what stars have. Hehe."

𝓢𝓽𝓪𝓻𝓫𝓾𝓻𝓼𝓽 @thestarburst.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

"Well... I guess I can tell you since you're a hero, but you can't tell anyone else!" She paused, closing her eyes for a moment as she drew in a deep breath, her hair beginning to softly glow an icy, vibrant blue. Her eyes would then open once more, now similarly glowing. "I've got powers too..!"

000

𝓢𝓽𝓪𝓻𝓫𝓾𝓻𝓼𝓽 @thestarburst.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

"Oh yeah, I wouldn't worry about that." She stuck her finger into the flames, wiggling it around for a second and giggling. The tip of her finger was starting to glow orange, like metal heating up when stuck into intense heat. "That's so cool... I love your powers..!" She'd say before+

Her eyes lit up with interest as the flames sparked to life. "Wowww..." She's reaching for the fire in one of his hands-

"You have powers? Will you show me?!" She was getting excited again!

𝓢𝓽𝓪𝓻𝓫𝓾𝓻𝓼𝓽 @thestarburst.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

"That's so cool! So you're like, Robin Hood, or Lobo maybe... I feel like there's someone that's like that..." She trailed off as she murmured about potential character archetypes he could fit. "Sorry! Sorry! Been told that's rude. So are you like a superhero or do you work for the bad guys?" +

"Ohhh, I guess that's fair. What do you do for work?" She was making that :3 face, waiting for him to answer like it was about to be the coolest thing she'd heard all day.

"Aw." She frowns for him and his bad sleep. "That sucks. Have you tried napping or something? I like naps."

She's attempting to purchase a thing of ice cream but her presence is making the register not work. First world problems...

"Okay, okay." Standing atop a building, looking down at the ground in the alleyway below her. "Like Spider-Man, or any of the other guys who could do this and not go splat..." . . . "Maybe another day..."

"I... think I'm the age I look. Probably." Alena said with a little shrug, not entirely sure if that was true but how was she to know? "Well you're a pretty tough guy and I think that's neat!" She declared with a confident thumbs up in his direction!

Alena is out in the forest, picking up fallen trees and stacking them into a pile. Gotta work on her strength somehow if she wants to become a hero, right?

Alena flashed a giddy smile and giggled a little. "It's a seeeecret! Top secret as a matter of fact! Hehe." Admittedly, she was perhaps a bit overly excited to have a chance to NOT tell people about her powers. "Whaaat about you?"

𝓢𝓽𝓪𝓻𝓫𝓾𝓻𝓼𝓽 @thestarburst.bsky.social · 16/06/2026

"Uhhh, you can call me basically whatever you want. My name's Alena though!" That would've probably sounded a bit douchey if she didn't say it like she genuinely meant her words with her WHOLE chest.

"Not sure what all this "Vought" stuff is about but a company that gives superheroes jobs sounds pretty cool! I wonder if they're hiring..."

"Um, thanks?" She questioned with a confused head tilt while looking up at the strange man a little better now. He didn't really look like anyone else around... a hero or something maybe? "What's your name?"

Not paying attention where she's going and accidentally shoulder checks the shit out of the reader, feeling is not dissimilar to ramming into a fridge. "Oops! I'm so sorry!" Checking them over frantically for damage!

Currently cooking a pizza by hugging it against her chest. The smell of warm DiGiorno is wafting through the air.
