Today’s #CDFriday is a special one for me, as I got this cd from the man himself, @planningforburial.bsky.social, while I was at Roadburn. Thom, thanks for everything, hope to see you again soon! Planning For Burial - Matawan Collected Works 2010-2014

Having a listen to this album before it officially drops feels like a massive privilege. And that pearlescent vinyl... it’s absolutely mental.. Thank you guys @subpop.bsky.social & @evilgreed.bsky.social #vinyl #vinylsky

A late post about the Christmas gift I got. One of only 500 copies, bonus 7″ inside, and the colour is sick as well. Can’t get enough of this! Whirr – Raw Blue (Xmas edition) #vinyl #vinylsky

What a lovely sunny day to listen to one of the darkest and heaviest albums in my collection! #vinyl #vinylsky

Instead of rotting in bed all day, I decided to catch one of the last sunny and relatively warm days with the ‘Lift To Experience’ album. It turned out to be an excellent decision

Taking the train to another city to see Current 93 live, listening to Mount Eerie while the forests, fields and hills drift past the window – it was exactly what I needed after an utterly dreadful week at work

Since switching to a DAP and physical media instead of streaming, my last.fm doesn't look quite as appealing anymore 😔 I got used to having my entire listening history from the past 15 years there. But good sound comes at a price!

I’m turning 32 today, and my lovely wife got me a new home for all my backing tracks. Couldn’t be happier!

Steve Albini passed away exactly a year ago – a tremendous loss for everyone familiar with his work and music. For me too – I even shed a quiet tear on the day he died. Rest in peace, king! 'If there's a heaven I hope they're having fun, cause if there's a hell I’m gonna know everyone'

I used to hate this album, but over the past few months it’s been giving me so much energy and instantly puts me in a good mood #CDFriday

I went to a Descendents/Circle Jerks/Negative Approach gig over the weekend. Never would’ve thought guys their age could play with such energy and intensity. It felt like stepping right back into my teenage years. An unforgettable experience
